I believe in remembering to stay in the moment & the importance of breathing. I believe in visualization. It is through visualization that we promote and receive our direction in life. I believe it's important to be honest, as honest as you can be. People are willing to forgive almost anything as long as they beleive you're being sincere with them. I believe my problems are my own & it's important not to take them out on other people. I believe that one day we will all get along.
